Job Purpose
The role entails providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of the Automobile (Commercial Vehicle / New Car / Used Car) customers and ensure value added customer service. The role will closely collaborate with the product, operations and underwriting teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing and deepening. The role bearer would be responsible for providing customers with the best in-class experience to become their banking partner of choice. The role bearer is responsible for acquisition of Automobile (Commercial Vehicle / Used Car / New Car) business clients and manage the relationship for a designated branch contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives
Roles & Responsibilities
'- Responsible for acquiring new customers for Dealership business with a detail understanding of Credit assessment,providing end to end solutions to clients
'-Empanelment of new Dealers, DSA and DST in the market
'- Conduct policy training for internal team members
'- Proactively resolve customer queries
'- Aggregate knowledge of competitor products , best practices in the market
Secondary Responsibilities
'- Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels / customers
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
