Job descriptionPlan, launch, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google, and / or TikTok Ads . Conduct weekly performance analysis and transform data into clear insights and action steps. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad messaging and targeting strategy are aligned. Manage budgets responsibly to maximize ROAS while reducing wasted spend. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, policy updates, and emerging media-buying strategies. Have experience in media buying, performance marketing, PPC, or direct-response advertising . Think systematically, communicate with clarity, and make decisions based on data and context . Are proactive, independent, yet collaborative and open to constructive dialogue. Uphold discipline, responsibility, and strong professional ethics. Seek a workplace for long-term growth —not just another contract. Experience working with e-commerce, coaching / education, SaaS, or international markets . Familiarity with analytics and tracking (GA4, UTM, Looker Studio, attribution tools). Understanding of conversion rate optimization, landing page performance, and funnel strategy .
