Mission of this role is to build supply of 1000+ riders with 90% live fleet profitably.

Excellent People management skills : Have hired, managed, fired and grown the Ops team under him / her. Experienced in handling 20-25 team members

Experience working in high-pressure, target-driven roles with high-volume SKUs.

Ability to prioritise - Plan, deploy resources efficiently : prioritise multiple operations in the field and know which one to focus on.

Process Adherence : Ability to create processes and see to it that they are implemented across the team

Hands-on experience on Google sheets and Word to ensure proper data records and planning

Should have prior experience of Vendor or Operator Management

Conversational Fluency in Local Language

Ability to work long and odd hours.

Flexible (and should have done) to be in field early morning, late nights and for long hours on field
