Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handle the existing portfolio of customers and renewals.
• Cross-sell and upsell life insurance products to loyal / retained customers.
• Build long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service.
• Achieve monthly / quarterly business targets.
• Work on company-provided customer database and generate additional references.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and timely policy servicing.
