We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2C Sales Expert to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion for our edtech offerings. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales to help learners achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales of courses, mentorships, and premium career services to individual learners.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand user goals, challenges, and readiness.
- Present platform features and benefits effectively to prospective users.
- Convert leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales metrics (conversion rate, revenue per user, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offers.
- Provide feedback on user objections and market trends to improve offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue 5-10 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in edtech or digital services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical or educational products clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills :
