As part of our expansion, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Associate who can support business operations and contribute to excellent client service. This role is ideal for someone ambitious who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Position Overview
The Operations Associate will support daily operations, coordinate workflow, and assist with firm-wide initiatives . This mid-level role requires prior operations experience in a professional services environment. The right candidate should show initiative, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills. Also Familiarity with cloud-based accounting tools (QuickBooks Online, Xero) .
Key Responsibilities Operational Coordination
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assist with process improvements and workflow optimisation.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Practice Support & Collaboration
Provide operational support to senior management and accounting teams.Assist with client onboarding, account setup, documentation, and system access.Support the use of accounting and practice management systems (QuickBooks, Xero, Karbon or similar).Compliance & Quality Assurance
Support internal compliance processes and adherence to standards.Contribute to quality control reviews for accuracy and consistency.Follow firm policies on confidentiality, data security, and ethics.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).2–4 years of experience in operations, practice support, or client service in accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services.Familiarity with cloud-based accounting tools (QuickBooks Online, Xero).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Self-starter with ownership and accountability.Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace.Foreign Educated will definitely will be a plusNon-Negotiable Key Requirements
