About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and street-smart Campus Activation Manager to lead TimeKrishna’s youth and student outreach across India. If you’ve built college communities, led student bodies, or driven campus campaigns that went viral — this role is for you.

You’ll connect with student leaders, society heads, and creators in colleges nationwide to grow TimeKrishna’s voice among India’s most energetic demographic — young changemakers who care about ideas, expression, and digital independence.

This is not a desk job — it’s a ground game for someone who thrives on mobilizing people, creating buzz, and turning campuses into movements.

Key Responsibilities

Build, onboard, and manage college ambassadors, society heads, and student coordinators across India.

Drive student-led content campaigns, debates, and challenges that align with TimeKrishna’s mission.

Activate regional and language-based student networks to expand TimeKrishna’s reach nationwide.

Collaborate with the content, design, and AI teams to launch youth-centered digital campaigns.

Partner with universities, youth organizations, and cultural festivals to drive awareness and engagement .

Create and manage a Campus Fellowship or Influencer Program to sustain momentum.

Monitor participation metrics, campus conversions, and campaign outcomes — and adapt quickly.

Represent TimeKrishna at college events, cultural fests, and youth summits.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in student outreach, campus marketing, community building , or youth program management .

Strong network across colleges, youth groups, or creator communities in India.

Proven ability to mobilize students and societies for events, campaigns, or digital movements.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you’re the kind of person who can get anyone on board.

Familiarity with digital culture, meme trends, or student-led online movements.

A self-starter with an activist mindset — driven by purpose, not just tasks.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a focus on measurable growth.
