Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Testing Trainer, based in Mumbai. The Software Testing Trainer will be responsible for conducting software testing training sessions, developing instructional materials, and providing support to trainees. Daily tasks include preparing training modules, delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and evaluating trainee performance. The trainer will also ensure that trainees gain the necessary skills and knowledge to meet industry standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Computer Software Training, Training, and Instructional Design
• Proficiency in Software Development and Software Testing methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certification or educational background in computer science or related fields
• Experience in the training or education sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
