Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to create engaging content, grow online presence, and convert followers into customers.

What You’ll Do

Design high-quality visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, ads, presentations, and other brand assets.

Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Shoot, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging captions, post copy, and storytelling content.

Monitor content performance, track engagement metrics, and optimise based on insights.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management and content creation

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, engagement funnels, paid ads, etc.)

Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail
