Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory targets across locations.
- Periodically review and analyze stock audit reports.
- Oversee all Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Packaging Materials (PM) movement—both incoming and outgoing.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal and external audits, ensuring timely reconciliations and generation of Inventory MIS reports.
- Maintain robust control and tracking of Goods in Transit (GIT).
- Generate and maintain exception-based inventory reports.
- Lead initiatives to reduce inventory damages and expiries.
- Ensure comprehensive inventory control across all Distribution Centers.
- Implement stock check cycles : weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and audit management reports.
- Develop presentations to share audit and inventory findings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct fraud risk assessments and implement fraud reduction strategies across business functions.
- Control and report on shrinkage, damage, dump, and expiry metrics.
- Minimize pilferage and shrink levels across locations.
- Manage and reconcile location-wise asset ownership records, including periodic verification.
- Train and mentor regional staff on inventory control processes and best practices.
- Support recruitment and training of new 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) staff.
- Conduct regular reviews with Regional Managers on audit outcomes, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and operational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in inventory management or supply planning.Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis tools.Strong knowledge of inventory audit procedures and reporting.Excellent communication and training skills.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.Experience in working with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion :
