Roles & Responsibilities :

 Understand and prioritize user needs to create empathetic and effective designs.

 Responsible for visual design, including layout, color schemes, typography, and imagery.

 Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design

concepts and solve complex problems.

 Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and

smartphones.

 Collaborate with engineering teams to transform designs into finished products.

 Work with other teams to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive user experience.

 Assist quality assurance by reviewing designs, identifying errors, and ensuring highquality output.

 Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure quality and consistency across

all platforms and products.

 Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

 Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

 5+ years of experience focused on product design.

 Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and familiarity with web, iOS, and Android

design standards.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain design decisions

to stakeholders.

 Experience in analyzing and understanding user behavior.

 Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

 Experience using user behavior analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity).
