Main Duties
The ideal candidate will be involved in sourcing new leads, updating of client’s profile,
inbound and outbound calls and emails, and marketing campaigns – Webinars,
Seminars and Technical Discussions. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills,
independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities :
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold
calls and emails
Convert opportunities into active accounts by presenting detailed information
Provide knowledge of IVF product catalogue, and product maintenance
Responsible for researching and identifying new leads
Updates each CRM profile with detailed and accurate information
Expected to maintain a minimum number of high-volume outgoing communications
Expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism in their verbal and written
communications
Follows established sales operating procedures and best practices
Executes mass communication campaigns and maintains a follow up schedule until each lead is contacted
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess :
Graduate of Embryology course
Knowledge of fertility or IVF treatments and products
Understanding of fertility treatment protocols is an advantage
Sales and Marketing experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized, analytical and can work under pressure
Proactive and a team player
High professional integrity, honesty and trust
Willing to travel
