Job Description - RPA Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer / Automation Engineer responsible for building, configuring, testing, and deploying automation solutions using leading RPA platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development skills, scripting knowledge, and experience integrating bots with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

Key configure, and test automation workflows and bots in accordance with the Solution Design Document (SDD).

• Build reusable components, implement exception handling, and maintain high-quality code standards.
• Integrate automation workflows with APIs, web services, and databases to enable end-to-end process automation.
• Conduct unit testing, peer code reviews, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of developed bots.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize bot execution.
• Deploy bots on orchestrators and participate in release management and support Skills & Expertise

Hands-on experience with leading RPA tools such as : UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate
