Job descriptionSourcing and Recruitment : Identify and source qualified IT candidates for various positions in the US staffing process. Leverage multiple channels, such as job boards, , networking, and referrals, to attract top talent. Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess the technical skills, experience, and cultural fit of candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requirement gathering to candidate submission and interview coordination. Ensure all documentation, such as resumes, interview feedback, and offer letters, are processed efficiently. 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in the US staffing process. Proven experience working with state and federal clients and direct clients within the US staffing industry.
