We’re now looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who can help us shape solutions, define requirements, and work closely with our clients and developers. This role is ideal for someone who already has Salesforce experience and is eager to advance to the next level.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and developers to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Define and document tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support the testing, rollout, and optimization of new Salesforce features
- Ensure smooth delivery of solutions through close coordination with developers
- Continuously improve Salesforce processes and system design
Who We’re Looking For
