Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive sales across our villa projects. The ideal candidate will manage client enquiries, conduct site visits, and convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from 99acres, Housing.com, MagicBricks, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations, virtual and on-site visits.
- Manage end-to-end sales process — from enquiry to agreement signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates in Zoho CRM.
Requirements
Graduate / MBA preferred.4 – 10 years of experience in real estate sales (residential segment preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Fluency in English and Tamil.Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar platforms is an advantage.What We Offer
