We are seeking a Market Researcher to join our Marketing Team. This role is crucial for enhancing and completing customer information to optimize our promotions and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting secondary research, analyzing data, and providing high-quality customer insights to global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Research & Mining : Conduct secondary research / data mining to identify and validate decision-makers and their contact information. You will use various databases such as PubMed, NIH, LinkedIn, and XING to ensure the reliability and accuracy of customer data.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze customer data to identify trends across different market segments. You will provide weekly customer and lead generation lists to marketing teams to support sales efforts and increase market visibility.
- Process & Quality Control : Execute data research processes to generate and validate customer account lists. Apply research methodologies to ensure accuracy and meet all project timelines and deliverables.
- Operational Performance : Help improve operational performance through data analysis and by ensuring our customer data is consistently updated and well-maintained.
Required Qualifications
Education : A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with an emphasis on Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or Digital Communications.Experience : A minimum of 3-4 years of secondary / primary market research experience . Experience with data research / mining and analysis is essential, with a preference for product-based secondary research.Skills :Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Access is required.The ability to communicate effectively with global cross-functional leaders.Fluency in English is a must.Skills Required
