Job descriptionJob Title : Operations Executive (Mutual Funds & Insurance) Location : Chatribari, Guwahati Job Type : Full-Time Experience Level : Entry to Mid-Level Salary : ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (Negotiable) + Diwali Bonus + Yearly Increment Holidays : As per Stock Market Holiday List Job Overview : We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage back-office operations related to mutual fund & insurance. This role requires attention to detail, proactive decision-making, and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth processing of financial transactions while maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities : Process and verify mutual fund transactions for accuracy. Check transaction details and follow up with clients for approvals or additional information. Coordinate with clients for health insurance renewals and gather necessary documents. Ensure timely follow-ups for insurance closures and investment-related documentation. Maintain and update client records in CRM and Excel for future reference. Resolve client queries related to mutual funds, insurance, and other financial services. Take proactive actions to improve operations and enhance client satisfaction. Recommend new products and services based on client needs and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications : Basic computer knowledge (Ms office, email handling). Strong logical thinking and decision-making capabilities. Ability to work proactively and take initiative in client servicing and operations. Good communication and follow-up skills. No specific certification required;
freshers and experienced with a learning attitude are welcome.
