Payments is an interesting engineering challenge in itself with requirements of low latency, transactional guarantees, security, and high scalability. When we add credit and engagement into the mix, the challenge becomes even more interesting with underwriting and recommendation algorithms working on large data sets. We have eliminated the current call center, sales agent, and SMS-based processes with a mobile app that puts the customers in complete control. To stay agile, the entire stack is built on the cloud with modern technologies.

Product and Growth Leader - Wizely

What you will do :

• Define, sequence, and communicate product priorities, balancing near-term wins with long-term platform bets.
• Inject external, industry-level insight into our roadmap—scanning the market, competitors, and emerging tech to surface white-space opportunities.
• Architect and execute the end-to-end growth strategy (acquisition, activation, retention, monetisation) across online (SEO / SEM, paid social, agencies) and offline (events, channel sales, field marketing) environments.
• Discover, negotiate, and launch high-impact distribution channels and strategic partnerships that accelerate scale and brand visibility.
• Own north-star and funnel metrics, run rapid experimentation, and translate findings into product iterations and go-to-market tactics.
• Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to align resources, timelines, and KPIs around a unified growth roadmap.
