We're Hiring : Piping In Charge Oil & Gas / Chemical | Vadodara (MNC Client)

Location : Vadodara

Job Type : TPC

Duration : 6 Month

Experience : 7-10 Years

Qualification : B.E. Mechanical Engineering

Job Profile

Review and confirm code basis for each project in Collaboration with other disciplines to comply with engineering requirements and

Detailed engineering schedule.

Familiar with API, ANSI, ASME and other national & international applicable Code, standards & specifications.

Preparation / Review / Development of design basis, Specification.

Prepare / Review of Piping Material Specification (PMS), Valve Material Specification (VMS), Equipment Layout, Nozzle orientation

drawing, Piping Layout / GAD, Isometric drawings, Pipe Supports Detailed Drawing & Plant 3D Model.

Vendor offer review, prepare Technical Query (TQ), review of Technical Bid Analysis & post-order Vendor Document review.

Find the root cause for the frequent failure of critical lines by performing stress analysis.

Actively participate in Consultant / Vendor meetings to understand requirements and provide technical assistance as and when

required.

Travel to Zone / Vendor Shop / Consultant office for meeting, inspection & other Detail Engineering activities.

Provide technical support to external design resources, vendors and fabricators.

Prepare / review of material take-off (MTO)

Work planning & scheduling

Participated and drive the various stage of model review like 30% ,60% & 90%

Conduct the Model Review and Piping Cost Estimation for CAPEX preparation.
