Job Summary :

We are looking for a knowledgeable and articulate Senior Compliance Manager with 1-2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the BFSI or technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and excellent spoken and written communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure the company complies with all relevant regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements.
• Monitor changes in regulatory frameworks and update internal policies and processes accordingly.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct internal compliance reviews and risk assessments.
• Prepare clear, well-structured compliance reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Lead and participate in compliance training sessions for internal teams.
• Draft, review, and maintain policy documents, contracts, and agreements from a compliance perspective.
• Support in responding to regulatory audits, notices, and inspections.
