Already at ₹100 Cr+ scale, we’re expanding globally, and SEO will be the backbone of our growth.The RoleAs Head of SEO & Organic Growth, you will own and scale our entire SEO engine across India and global markets . From technical SEO to content-led growth and multilingual strategies (Hindi + English), you’ll be responsible for making our brands dominate SERPs and driving millions of users organically.What You’ll DoLead SEO strategy across technical, on-page, off-page, and content growth.Build and execute multilingual SEO playbooks (Hindi + English).Drive non-brand traffic growth and increase organic’s share of acquisition.Lead content SEO clusters (festivals, trending topics, evergreen guides).Manage site audits, Core Web Vitals, schema, and indexing issues.Collaborate with Product, Content, and Growth teams to align SEO with launches.Track and report KPIs : traffic, rankings, DR / backlinks, conversions.Stay ahead of Google updates, AI-led search, and global SEO trends.Must-Have Qualifications5–8 years proven SEO experience (India + global).Strong track record in driving organic traffic and keyword rankings .Hands-on with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog .Experience in multilingual SEO (Hindi + English).Deep technical SEO knowledge (site structure, page speed, schema).Strong collaboration skills across content, product, and tech.Preferred QualificationsExperience in spirituality, astrology, wellness, or D2C categories.Background in content marketing + SEO-driven content creation.Familiarity with structured data & AI search trends (SGE / voice search) .Prior leadership or team management experience.KPIs You’ll OwnNon-brand organic traffic growth.Top 3 keyword rankings (Hindi + English).Organic share of total acquisition.Backlink profile & domain authority growth.Conversion rates from organic traffic.Why Join UsBe the SEO architect of a ₹100Cr → ₹1000Cr global journey .Work directly with leadership on strategy & execution.Shape one of the most exciting categories at the intersection of tech + spirituality .Competitive package + performance incentives + leadership impact.If you live and breathe SEO and want to scale a global brand, we’d love to connect.
