Financial Analyst / Advisor - Financial Modelling & Evaluation of Utility Scale Solar Renewable Projects

Objective

Be responsible for financial modeling, financial analysis, valuation and risk analysis of greenfield and M&A transactions in the AMEA region (with assistance / supervision of senior members of the team as appropriate). Assist with the preparation of financing plans, selection of funding sources / banks and the structuring and execution of project financings.

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of financial models and valuation of projects in compliance with investment guidelines, modelling standards and methodology.
• Responsible financial analyses or reviewing and / or audit financial models.
• Assist with the structuring and execution of financing plans for new projects.
• Responsible for preparation of accounting and tax impacts of transactions in financial models (where required with the support of relevant expertise centers and / or external consultants)
• Assist with analysis on risk allocation, bankability issues, optimization & tax structuring.
• Contributes to the monitoring and / or review of internal methods for the AIFA team (Acquisitions, Investments and Financial Advisory team) and responsible for adherence with methods set or shared with Global AIFA. Contribute to the proposal of enhancements to financial modelling related / analytical methods.
