Required Skills & Qualifications :
- General Insurance Domain Expertise – Strong understanding of underwriting, claims,
policy management, and regulatory aspects.
- SQL Queries – Hands-on experience in writing and optimizing queries.
- API Integration – Experience in integrating insurance applications with third-party systems.
- Solution Design & Database Architecture – Good understanding of designing scalable and
efficient database solutions.
- Business Analysis – Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams.
Communication & Stakeholder Management – Strong communication skills to interact with
cross-functional teams.
- Experience Stability – Should have spent at least 3 years in one company to ensure
stability and domain expertise.
