Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (v7.6 or higher) and MAS experience is beneficial. Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Maximo Application Framework. Experience with BIRT reporting, Automation Scripts, and MBO customization. Familiarity with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). Good understanding of Maximo modules. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Exposure to Maximo Mobile . Exposure with WebSphere and Redhat Openshift concepts. Knowledge of Agile development methodology. IBM Maximo certification (good to have). Opportunity to work on global Maximo implementations. About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled Maximo Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo application development and customization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to enhance, maintain, and support Maximo solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement customizations and configurations in IBM Maximo / MAS.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (using Java / Jython / Python).
- Configure Maximo workflows, escalations, and application designer components.
- Integrate Maximo with other enterprise systems using REST / SOAP web services.
- Support upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
- Participate in requirement gathering and provide technical recommendations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for solutions and enhancements.
