Job Summary
The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing communication between the company, its investors, analysts, and the broader financial community. The role requires strong understanding of the Indian capital markets, SEBI regulations, stock exchange compliance, and experience working in a listed (public limited) company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with investors, analysts, and market participants.
- Prepare quarterly earnings communication — investor presentations, earnings releases, Q&A documents, and analyst call scripts.
- Manage all regulatory reporting and disclosures as required by SEBI (LODR), stock exchanges, and other statutory bodies.
- Track market trends, peer performance, analyst reports, and provide strategic insights to leadership.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conference participation, and AGMs.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of financial and business information to shareholders and exchanges.
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of disclosures.
- Manage investor queries and provide consistent, factual information as per guidelines.
- Support the creation of annual reports, sustainability reports, and other shareholder communication materials.
Required Experience & Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or related functions.Mandatory experience working in an Indian public limited / listed company.Strong understanding of Indian stock markets, SEBI regulations (including LODR), and exchange procedures (NSE / BSE).Ability to interpret financial statements, financial ratios, and business performance metrics.Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.Key Skills
