Zenith - Technical Consultant - HRMS Module

Description :

We are seeking experienced Oracle HRMS Technical Consultants with strong expertise in Payroll Integration to join our team.

The consultant will be responsible for design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Applications, with a primary focus on Payroll and Core HR modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle HRMS Applications R12.
• Work extensively on Payroll Integration, Core HR Integration, and HRMS Data Conversions.
• Develop and customize solutions using PL / SQL, Fast Formulas, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Interfaces.
• Create and maintain XML / RDF Reports and support HRMS-related data conversions.
• Handle Payroll Processing including Prepayment, Costing, and Transfer to GL.
• Perform extensions, customizations, and personalizations as per business needs.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Required Skills & Expertise :

1. Oracle Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL, Absence Management, Talent Management.

2. PL / SQL, Fast Formulas, XML / RDF Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Interfaces.
