Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr. Director - Product Owner to lead our product vision and strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering products that meet the needs of our customers.

Main Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional teams in India to adopt Agile practices and drive collaboration across stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships between product and development teams to leverage internal and external tools for talent development.
• Drive delivery of products on time and within scope by establishing best practices for product owners.
• Oversee product design, prioritization, and delivery through the software development lifecycle.
• Engage with stakeholders to inform product design and prioritize features based on the product vision.
• Demonstrate expertise in the US healthcare industry, product lifecycle, and software development.
