Role Overview
As a Sky Phygital Relationship Manager , you will manage a mapped customer base through a hybrid engagement model—field visits, video calls, and telecalling. The role focuses on cross-selling banking products, deepening relationships, and delivering superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers through physical visits, video interactions, and telecalling.
- Cross-sell banking products :
- Liabilities : Savings, Current Accounts, Term Deposits
- Assets : Home Loans, LAP, Car Loans, Personal Loans, Gold Loans
- Promote third-party products : Insurance, Mutual Funds, Digital Banking solutions.
- Convert leads from Virtual Relationship Managers and Customer Engagement Center.
- Ensure accurate documentation, KYC compliance, and timely service delivery.
- Achieve monthly targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Finance / Commerce preferred).1–4 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Digital-savvy with ability to demonstrate mobile banking features.Skills & Competencies
Customer-centric approach with strong sales orientation.Ability to work with multiple teams and meet deadlines.Familiarity with CRM tools and digital engagement platforms.
