Broker Price Opinion (BPO) is responsible for managing the process of obtaining broker price opinions for the banks / mortgage companies. This role involves working with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of BPO reports.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the BPO process from start to finish.
• Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
• Assign BPO requests to qualified agents.
• Track the progress of BPO assignments and ensure they are completed on time.
• Address any discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents / Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports
• Work from office (Chennai location)
• Should have 1 to 4 yrs experience in International voice process (US)
