Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our international customer service team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communicationskills, in-depth process knowledge, and a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences. As part of a global organization, you will be responsible for managing international client interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional, proactive, and empathetic engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat for international clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions while maintaining service quality standards
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues and seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance scores
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service excellence
- Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and market trends to provide informed support
- Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and integrity in every customer interaction
Key Skills & Competencies :
