Join Pluckk as a Shift Executive , where you’ll play a crucial role in managing production shifts, ensuring quality, efficiency, and seamless order fulfilment.

About the Role :

As a Shift Executive , you will oversee daily Prep Room operations — managing people, processes, and performance to maintain high-quality output and compliance with food safety standards. You’ll drive process improvements, manage shift teams, and ensure smooth execution of both B2B and B2C orders.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership : Manage and motivate the on-ground staff, ensuring smooth shift rotations, employee engagement, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Operations Management : Supervise day-to-day production operations including inventory management, process efficiency, and cost optimization.

Process Optimization : Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.

SOP Development : Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production, hygiene, safety, and order management.

Order Fulfilment : Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, maintaining 100% fill rate and coordination with the delivery team.

Employee Engagement : Foster a positive and performance-driven culture through recognition and motivation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For :

2–4 years of experience in fresh food production units.

Strong leadership and people management skills, particularly with blue-collar workforce.

Solid understanding of food health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Problem-solving mindset, quick learner, and a ‘Can Do’ attitude.

Hands-on approach and comfort with shift-based operations.
