Job descriptionDesign, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Pytest . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust test automation solutions . Implement performance and load testing using tools like JMeter . Develop and execute API automation tests to validate backend systems. Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution. Optimize test scripts for reusability and maintainability. Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and communicate findings with the development team. Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment ( CI / CD) environments . Stay up to date with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices in automation and performance testing. 4 - 7 years of professional experience in automation testing . Strong hands-on experience in Python programming . Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and Pytest framework . Experience in Performance Testing using JMeter. Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) . Strong understanding of QA methodologies, STLC, and defect management processes . Experience in writing test scripts, test cases, and creating automation reports . Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with Robot Framework for automation scripting. Exposure to API Testing using Postman or similar tools. Knowledge of containerization ( Docker, Kubernetes ) is a plus. We are only looking for Automation Test Engineers . Profiles with primarily Manual Testing experience will not be considered for this role. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field.
