About The Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Strategist to drive measurable business outcomes for Fortune 500 enterprise clients implementing Lyzr's AI agent solutions. This role uniquely combines customer success, design thinking, and strategic consulting to ensure clients achieve significant ROI from their AI investments while building long-term strategic partnerships.
You will serve as the primary success partner for 4–6 enterprise AI implementations, working under the guidance of the Solutions Strategy Lead, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver transformational business results across US, UK, and European time zones. This role requires deep customer empathy, technical fluency with AI / agent systems, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Value Realization
- Own customer success metrics including retention, expansion, and time-to-value for assigned portfolio
- Develop and execute comprehensive success plans aligned with client's business objectives and KPIs
- Lead quarterly business reviews demonstrating measurable ROI and identifying expansion opportunities
- Partner with clients to evolve their AI strategy and roadmap based on emerging capabilities and business needs
Implementation Excellence & Risk Management
Oversee end-to-end project delivery from PoC to production, ensuring on-time, on-budget completionProactively identify and mitigate technical, organizational, and adoption risksFacilitate design thinking workshops with Solution Architects to optimize user experiences and workflowsMaintain clear communication channels and manage expectations during complex implementationsCross-functional Orchestration
Lead integrated project teams including Solution Architects, Engineers, and Client stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versaEscalate technical blockers while maintaining client trust and project momentumCoordinate with Sales teams on expansion opportunities and contract negotiationsCore Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Experience : 5+ years in customer success, strategic consulting, or account management with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 enterprise clientsTechnical Fluency : Direct experience managing complex technology implementations with engineering and data science teams; comfortable with AI / ML terminology and capabilitiesDesign Thinking Expertise : Proven ability to conduct user journey mapping, workflow assessment, and UI / UX evaluation in enterprise environmentsStrategic Business Planning : Experience developing business cases, ROI analyses, and strategic roadmaps with C-level executivesCommunication & Stakeholder Management
Executive Presence : Comfortable presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders and technical leadersCross-cultural Communication : Exceptional English communication skills with ability to work across global time zones (accommodating US / European hours)Technical Translation : Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences and business requirements for technical teamsSuccess Mindset

This role will be measured on customer retention (95%+), net revenue retention (110%+), implementation success rates, and client satisfaction scores.
