Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and well-networked International Sales & Business Development Leader. You will be the face of Codriva in global markets (Middle East, Europe, and other high-value geographies), responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing service-based projects. Ideal candidates bring credibility, personal networks, and the ability to secure deals in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify potential clients through personal networks, LinkedIn, platforms like Upwork / Clutch, and events. Use relationship-based selling to generate interest.
- Client Engagement & Pitching : Represent Codriva in client meetings; deliver customized pitches to align client needs with our capabilities.
- Sales Closure : Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — proposals, negotiation, and contract closure. Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to translate client requirements into actionable projects.
- Market Expansion Strategy : Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for target regions; identify niche opportunities for quick wins.
- Network Utilization : Leverage personal networks and attend relevant events / expos to build visibility and generate leads.
- Collaboration & Reporting : Work with marketing, technical, and leadership teams; track KPIs, pipeline progress, and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate :
Experience : 5–8 years in international B2B sales or business development in IT services (custom software, mobile / web apps, AI / ML, cloud). Proven ability to close $20k+ deals independently.Domain Expertise : Strong understanding of IT services, offshore delivery, and pricing models; experienced with clients in diverse cultures (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Europe, Africa).Skills & Traits : Charismatic, confident, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Network : Active and trusted network of clients, influencers, or decision-makers; preferably experience with international conferences or expos.Technical Tools : Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and B2B platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch).What We Offer :
