Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Python Developer based in Ahmedabad. The Python Developer will be responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining code to support back-end web development and software solutions. Daily tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy applications, working with databases to manage data, and applying object-oriented programming principles to optimize software solutions. Qualifications

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using FastAPI.
• Integrate and optimize LLM pipelines (e.g., GPT, SBERT, or RoBERTa) for resume parsing, skill extraction, and job matching.
• Work closely with the Frontend and ML team to deploy and monitor Vespa search and contextual scoring systems.
• Develop APIs for recruiter and candidate modules (authentication, matching, insights, etc.).
• Collaborate on database design (MongoDB) and ensure data integrity and performance.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable Python code with version control (Git).
• Optimize inference pipelines and integrate with Azure.
• Contribute to design discussions, architecture reviews, and code quality improvements.
