Job descriptionStrong hands-on experience with React.js (or similar frameworks such as Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. Expertise in responsive UI design and front-end performance optimization. Strong expertise in Node.js / Express.js or similar frameworks. Proven experience in RESTful API design, authentication / authorization (JWT, OAuth2), and database schema design. Proficiency with Relational Databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL Databases (MongoDB). Experience with query optimization, indexing, and data modeling. Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS). Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment automation. Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or Jasmine. Understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD). Other Core Competencies : Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong understanding of system design principles, microservices, and scalability best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in Agile environments. Experience with GraphQL and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). Exposure to load balancing, caching (Redis, CDN), and distributed systems. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, proven experience in designing scalable, high-performance systems, and the ability to lead technical initiatives.
You will play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining robust web applications that ensure performance, scalability, and security across all layers of the stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance full-stack web applications.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features—from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and internal systems.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best development practices.
- Ensure security, performance optimization, and scalability of all web solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Design) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Participate in architectural discussions and propose innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
