Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Manager – Hotel Contracting (Operations) to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in hotel supply chain operations and international contracting experience. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our hotel partnerships, contracts, and supply chain operations are streamlined and efficiently managed to deliver outstanding experiences for our clients. Your expertise will be essential in sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with international hotel suppliers, ensuring the best possible accommodations, services, and pricing for our corporate events and team-building activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Hotel Supply Chain Management :

  • Oversee the end-to-end hotel supply chain process, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management to ensure quality and cost-effective solutions for clients' events and corporate retreats.

International Contracting & Negotiation :

  • Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts with international hotel suppliers.
  • Ensure favorable terms and conditions are agreed upon while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with suppliers worldwide.
  • Operational Efficiency :

  • Streamline operational processes for hotel bookings, accommodations, and logistics, ensuring that all client requirements are met on time and within budget.
  • Vendor Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and key vendors globally.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and problem resolution during the entire process, from initial inquiry to event execution.
  • Budget Management :

  • Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets for hotel bookings and related services. Ensure all contractual obligations and financial arrangements are clear and adhered to.
  • Quality Control & Compliance :

  • Ensure that all contracted hotels and suppliers meet ENOUT's quality standards and compliance
  • requirements.
  • Perform regular audits and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration :

    Collaborate with internal teams including event managers, project coordinators, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of hotel services and operational logistics for corporate events and team-building activities.

    Market Research & Strategy :

  • Stay informed about trends in the hospitality industry and the latest hotel supply offerings.
  • Identify new hotel partnerships and opportunities for better pricing, quality, and service.
  • Reporting & Documentation :

    Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and negotiations. Provide regular updates and

    reports on contract status, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications & Skills :

    Experience :

  • At least 3 years of experience in hotel supply chain management, contracting, or procurement
  • Proven experience in international contracting and managing relationships with global hotel suppliers.
  • Skills & Expertise :

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms
  • and conditions for the company.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain
  • professional relationships with international suppliers and internal teams.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including booking, accommodations, and event
  • logistics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
