Plan Swift Architecture is a Kolkata-based civil engineering consultancy with proven experience across residential, commercial and institutional building projects. We combine practical site experience, regulatory familiarity with local authorities, and strong design-to-construction coordination to deliver projects that are on time, compliant and cost-effective. Building on this foundation, Plan Swift Architecture is launching BIM as a Service (BIMaaS) to offer end-to-end BIM solutions for the AEC industry in Eastern India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler located in Kolkata. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing building information models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams. Day-to-day tasks will include developing detailed construction drawings, coordinating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, and supporting project documentation and delivery.

Qualifications

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler skills
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in relevant BIM software (e.G., Revit, AutoCAD)
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
