Position Summary :

We are looking for a senior IT asset manager trainer with 10+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) across Hardware Asset Management (HAM) , Software Asset Management (SAM) , and Cloud Insights . The role focuses on driving compliance, cost optimization, and lifecycle governance of IT assets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITAM platforms and frameworks and the ability to mentor and train new graduates and junior staff in industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Oversee HAM processes for accurate inventory tracking, asset optimization, and governance.
• Lead SAM programs ensuring license compliance, audit readiness, and effective vendor management.
• Implement Cloud Insights practices to monitor, optimize, and report on cloud consumption and costs.
• Maintain and govern CMDB and asset repositories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IT governance standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams for cost-effective asset management and reporting.
• Conduct audits, reconciliations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate IT asset-related risks.
• Train, coach, and mentor fresh graduates and junior IT staff on ITAM processes, compliance, and tools.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within IT asset management.
