About the job :

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Lead Developer to lead our UI engineering team in building scalable, performant, and visually stunning web applications.

You will own the frontend architecture, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with UX / UI designers, backend teams, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of responsive, accessible, and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Define and enforce frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide a team of 48 frontend developers; conduct code reviews and pair-programming sessions.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to translate designs (Figma / Sketch) into pixel-perfect, interactive components.
• Optimize application performance (LCP, CLS, TTI) using tools like Lighthouse, Web Vitals, and bundler analysis.
• Implement state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or Recoil).
• Drive adoption of modern tooling : Vite / Webpack, ESLint, Prettier, Storybook, etc.
• Integrate REST / GraphQL APIs and handle authentication flows (OAuth, JWT).
• Lead technical planning, sprint grooming, and estimation for frontend initiatives.
