Job Title : Full Stack Developer (React & Node.js) Location : Noida

Work Mode : Work From Office

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React for frontend development and Node.js for backend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, designing APIs, and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend (React)

Build responsive, high-performance UI using React
Create reusable components and manage state effectively
Integrate UI with backend APIs and optimize for performance
Ensure browser / device compatibility and pixel-perfect implementation

Backend (Node.js)

Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Express

Design RESTful APIs and integrate with databases

Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data flows

Optimize server performance and handle error / stress scenarios

General Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and developers

Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards

Troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable, maintainable solutions

Take ownership of features and deliver projects end-to-end

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+

Solid experience with React, Redux / Context, Hooks

Strong backend development experience with Node.js + Express

Experience working with databases (MongoDB / MySQL / Postgres)

Good understanding of API design and integration

Familiarity with Git and CI / CD pipelines

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks

Knowledge of TypeScript

Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)

Understanding of microservices architecture

Basic knowledge of Docker
