Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Key duties include overseeing talent acquisition efforts, ensuring compliance with employment laws, conducting performance evaluations, and leading training and development programs. The role also requires managing workplace policies and fostering a collaborative and diverse company culture.

Qualifications

• Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning skills
• Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Conflict Resolution expertise
• Performance Management and Training & Development experience
• HR Policy Development, Compliance, and Process Improvement skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management abilities
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;

an HR certification (e.G., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
