Role Description

The Junior Lawyer will support IP litigation and enforcement matters by conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and notices, preparing case files, and assisting with IP enforcement actions. Responsibilities include managing filings and deadlines, coordinating with clients, reviewing documents and evidence, and supporting contentious trademark and patent matters before courts and IP authorities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Intellectual Property laws, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and design protection
• Knowledge of litigation processes and the ability to prepare related documentation
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents
• Skills in managing client relationships and coordinating on IP enforcement actions
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised university
• Enrollment in Bar Council
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with a commitment to learning and development
