AjnaLens is looking for a Research & Strategy Associate to join our team at Thane (Maharashtra – India) .

We’re seeking someone who loves exploring new ideas, conducting deep research, creating crisp and impactful presentations, and supporting multiple functions with insights and strategy. This role calls for someone smart, curious, and adaptable — someone who enjoys learning something new every day and wearing multiple hats.

In this role, you will work closely with our leadership, product, and marketing teams to uncover insights, connect the dots between data and decisions, and translate ideas into actionable strategies and presentations. Your contribution will play a key role in shaping how we think, plan, and execute across the organization.
