Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
• Perform regular backups and data recovery operations to prevent data loss.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and migrations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
