Key Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)
- Onboard new IFAs and train them on our products and systems
- Help IFAs understand and sell our investment or insurance products
- Provide regular updates, product information, and support
- Ensure IFAs meet their sales targets and assist them where needed
- Resolve queries and provide excellent service to IFAs
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
- Work closely with internal sales, operations, and support teams
Requirements :
Experience in financial services, especially mutual funds, insurance, or wealth managementUnderstanding of financial products and IFA business modelsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to meet targets and work independentlyBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)Soft Skills :
