Were looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to lead our outreach and client acquisition efforts. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, building a strong pipeline, and collaborating with the sales & marketing teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive qualified opportunities
Source leads via LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and relevant platforms
Maintain and manage accurate lead databases
Align campaigns and messaging with sales and marketing teams
Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to sales representatives
Analyze outreach data to optimize conversions and campaign performance
Conduct market research to target key decision-makers
Optimize CRM usage for better visibility and tracking
(Optional) Lead and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
36 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or outbound sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
Prior experience across industries / markets is a plus
Highly organized and target-driven
