We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Technical Support Associate in our Pune, India office.
What you’ll do :
Maintain IT assets through their complete lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and accountability at each stageManage asset tracking tools such as CMDB and ServiceNowHandle IT hardware inventory including laptops, mobile devices, servers, routers, switches, and other data center equipmentUtilize advanced Excel and MS Word skills to manage and track IT assets effectively; leverage asset management and project management toolsPerform forecasting, vendor verification, negotiation, purchasing, commissioning, inventory management, repair, replacement, and decommissioning / disposal of IT assets with a focus on cost-effectiveness and service qualityConduct internal and external IT inventory audits to ensure compliance and data accuracyOversee IT asset management for remote and global office locationsOperate effectively in high-demand and challenging operational environmentsApply knowledge of ITIL processes for proper decommissioning and disposal of IT assetsWork with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow for tracking and resolving asset-related requestsInstall and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications as requiredProvide installation and support for printers, video conferencing equipment, and Zoom hardware setupsManage and maintain effective relationships with external partners to ensure ongoing service delivery and customer satisfactionProvide support for Laptops, printers, and basic MS teams phone supportInstalling and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
