HAIDA GREEN ENGINEERING is a reputed MEP Engineering & Design Engineering Consultants firm in Dubai, UAE. Specializing in HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing, and other MEP services. HDX Engineering Consultants is the sister firm of HAIDA, located in Kochi, Kerala.

We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC / FFPHE Design Engineer to join our team in Kochi, Kerala Office

Salary : Up to 14L per annum.

Job description

Senior Plumbing Design Engineer (FFPHE)

Responsible for leading the design and development of plumbing and fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and mentoring junior engineers.

Scope Covers : Water supply, drainage, fire protection, and LPG systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5–8 years of design experience in plumbing / fire protection / LPG design (UAE project experience is mandatory).
Expert knowledge of Dubai Building Codes, DEWA, DCD, DM, and other local authority regulations.
Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Experience in design documentation, technical reports, and coordination with other disciplines.
Leadership and mentoring skills, with ability to manage design deliverables and deadlines.
Ability to troubleshoot design issues and provide effective solutions.
Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams.
Commitment to staying updated on latest codes, technologies, and materials.

Senior HVAC Design Engineer

Responsible for designing HVAC systems to ensure comfort, energy efficiency, and compliance with codes and standards.

Scope Covers : Air conditioning, ventilation, and smoke management systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Lead the conceptual and detailed design of advanced HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, cooling, and energy-efficient solutions

5–8 years of experience in HVAC design (UAE project experience is mandatory).

Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, Dubai Building Codes, DCD, DM, and other local authority regulations.

Specify and select HVAC equipment, such as chillers, AHUs, VRF systems, and exhaust systems, to meet project requirements.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC softwares.

Knowledge of ASHRAE and other international standards.

Strong problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills.
